Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. Alcorn Hair does not take any responsibility for any delays that are caused by the shipping company or customs agencies.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Alcorn hair offers complimentary standard shipping on orders of $99.00 or more (excluding taxes & discounts).

We offer the following shipping options:
- Pick-up in Store: FREE
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from processing the order – $15.00 CAD, plus applicable taxes. Free shipping on orders above $99.00 (excluding taxes & discounts)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days from processing of the order – $30.00 CAD, plus applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only be available for select locations.
Saturday and Sunday delivery is currently unavailable.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Please note that certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. nail polish, pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations and regulations.
All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase. Online purchases may also be returned in-person to our location for a store credit only. Exchanges are available in-store only.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Alcorn Hair’s discretion. Alcorn Hair reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretions.
Please note that all shipping and duty charges are not eligible for a refund. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.
Sales are final on all colour kits, jewellery, hair accessories, sale and promotional items.
In Store Return
- Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to Alcorn Hair.
- All items must have their originals tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- Be sure to bring the credit card you used to make your online purchase and valid photo identification. Your refund will be for an Alcorn Hair store credit which can be used for any products in store. Credit cannot be applied towards services.
Return by Mail
- Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, referencing your order confirmation number and reason for your return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization form that must be included in the package with the product(s).
- Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible. Please include your original invoice or order confirmation. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable)
- You can take your package to the nearest Post office or Mailbox (to find a location, please visit www.canadapost.ca). Alternatively, you may call Canada Post customer service to schedule a pick up at your home. Please keep your Canada Post receipt for tracking purposes.
- Once your return has been received, inspected and meets our return standards, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address originally used. This will indicate if the return has been approved.
- If approved, your return will be processed and your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your return will not be processed if you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, if the product is not in its original package, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization form.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue for you.
